Long term release and laterally extensive Rel Perm Modifier- condensate banking
Condensate banking is a common inflow impairment in gas condensate reservoirs. It occurs when reservoir pressure drops below the dew point, leading to the formation and accumulation of liquid condensate near the wellbore. This liquid blocks gas flow pathways, significantly reducing well productivity and lowering the recovery factor. The effect is most severe in the near-wellbore region, where gas velocity is highest and relative permeability to gas drops sharply due to the presence of condensate. Traditional mechanical or stimulation methods often provide only short-term relief and do not address the root cause.
We are therefore looking for a targeted chemical treatment, needed to modify the relative permeability profile and restore effective gas mobility over an extended period, ideally with minimal operational disruption.
