Agni is SENSIA's unique bispectral system specifically designed for flare combustion efficiency monitoring and pilot flame visualization to ensure regulatory compliance. It utilizes two spectrally-tuned infrared detectors that visualize and compare unburned hydrocarbons to the output carbon dioxide from flare combustion. This revolutionary technology allows operators to remotely quantify the destruction and removal efficiency (DRE) or combustion efficiency (CE) of any flare through non-intrusive, accurate flare efficiency monitoring.
Agni provides immediate CE or DRE retrieval, seamless integration with existing systems via Rest API, cloud services, and IoT connectivity, as well as instant and accurate alarms for any combustion irregularities. It also offers automatic reporting capabilities, streamlining compliance processes. The system is certified for use in hazardous environments, including ATEX zones, and is capable of meeting EPA OOOOb and EU Article 17 regulations.
