At zepp.solutions, we develop and supply high-performance hydrogen fuel cell systems for heavy-duty and demanding applications. Our systems are based on a modular platform that enables scalable, efficient and reliable zero-emission power solutions.
Hydrogen fuel cell technology offers unique advantages in sectors where long operational hours, high continuous power demand, and quick refuelling are critical. Unlike battery-electric solutions, which scale poorly in energy content and require significant downtime for charging, fuel cell systems allow for extended range and minimal refuelling time. This makes them particularly well-suited for applications like transport, maritime, off-grid power and heavy machinery.
We offer two main commercially available modules:
- The zepp.Y50, a compact 50 kW PEM fuel cell system optimized for medium-sized applications requiring minimal integration effort.
- The zepp.X150, a heavy-duty 150 kW system that is modular and scalable up to multi-megawatt installations.
Both systems feature integrated energy and thermal management, high system efficiency, remote diagnostics, and a robust design fit for harsh environments. These modules have already been integrated and validated in a variety of applications, from hydrogen-electric trucks to construction equipment and stationary backup power setups.
